Introducing the Snouts & Stouts App! This app will be your central location to buy memberships/day passes, order food and drinks, book private events, and so much more!

Register your dog and purchase a membership or day pass
After downloading our app and creating a profile, navigate to the "Members" section and purchase a membership or day pass. After purchasing, you will then add all required information about your dog including vaccine records.
Uploading Vaccinations
To upload vaccinations, please navigate to the home page of the app and click on your dog's profile. Then you will see a button labeled "immunizations". Click that and then you will be able to upload a screenshot of your dog's vaccinations. We require Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper (DHLPP). If you have any issues, you can also email the vaccination records to ruff@snoutsnstouts.com
Checking In
After purchasing a membership or day pass, please proceed to the entrance door all the way on the left side of the building. Once inside, please open your phone and bring up the Snouts & Stouts app. Then, click the crown icon you will find a QR code icon. Use that QR to scan at our Self-Check-In kiosk. This is a similar process to scanning your membership card at a gym. Once you scan in, you are free to enter and enjoy! If you have any questions or need help, one of our staff members will be there to assist.
Ordering Food & Drinks
Ordering food and drinks is easier than ever at Snouts & Stouts! Within the app, you will have access to our online menu where you can order any food and drinks we have available. Once you order them, you will then receive a text notification when the food is ready. When the food is ready, please go up to our pick-up window and grab your food or drinks!
We will also have a large kiosk touchpad next to the pick-up counter where you can also order and pay for your food and drinks.
Any alcoholic beverages will require proof of ID showing you are 21+ before you can pick up the food.

Setting up a temperment test
Before being able to book daycare or boarding, your dog must pass a temperament test. Because Snouts & Stouts offers an off-leash play only daycare and boarding, temperament tests will be done during dog park bar hours. You can book a temperament test anytime during the week or on the weekends during our dog park bar hours.
Requesting Daycare, Boarding or Training
When looking to book daycare, boarding, or training, you can use our app to pick a day and time that works for you! After submitting a request for any of these services, our staff will confirm that appointment and then you will get a notification that everything is set up. You will also receive a reminder before your appointment. You can also chat directly with our staff in the app if you have any questions!
Check-In & Drop-Off
When arriving for your daycare, boarding, or training appointment, please enter through the door all the way on the right side of the building. Here you will check in with our staff and confirm all relevant information for your dog's appointment. You can actually bring up the QR code associated with your booking and easily check in!
Pick-Up & Check Out
When arriving to pick up your dog, please enter through the same door all the way on the right and a staff member will greet you with your dog. You will then pay for your stay and be sent a report card of how your dog was during daycare or boarding!
If you decide to stay at Snouts & Stouts for dog park bar hours, you must still exit the building and re-enter through the door all the way on the left side of the building. As a reminder, all daycare and boarding appointments come with a free day pass for the day of pick-up. A Snouts & Stouts staff member will assist in checking you into the dog park bar once you re-enter.;
